NEWFIELD, N.Y. (WHCU) — Newfield’s school board has approved a contract between the district and labor union. 

Superintendent Eric Hartz told WHCU this week that the new agreement includes wages that are competitive with other local school districts.

The vote was unanimous Thursday to green light the new contract between the Newfield Central School District and CSEA.
