OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) — Two people are accused of trying to sell drugs in Tioga County. 

Sheriff Gary Howard says 42-year-old Shalena Hill and 38-year-old Christopher Starchok were pulled over Wednesday on State Route 17 in Nichols. Deputies found suspected heroin and meth, scales, packaging materials, and other drug paraphernalia.

The two Broome County residents were charged with two felonies for drugs.
