ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — An autopsy was scheduled Thursday for the 34-year-old woman abducted in Ithaca on Wednesday morning and killed in Virginia that night.
Authorities say Tatiana David was found with an apparent gunshot wound outside the Jeep she was abducted in by her ex-boyfriend, Michael Davis. State Police in Virginia say Davis fired shots first and they returned fire.
Davis was critically injured and remains hospitalized. The two had a four-year-old daughter together.
