Hospicare & Palliative Care Services of Ithaca

Kimmy Jones is the Clinical Outreach Nurse at Hospicare and Palliative Care Services. She joined the Hospicare team in 2018 as a Primary Nurse Case Manager. Kimmy speaks to groups and medical providers throughout the community about the mission and services of hospice and is passionate about education, stating, “It’s every person’s right to make an informed decision about their care when the time comes”. Her goal is to provide hospice information, quell common misconceptions, and offer an opportunity for people to learn about their choices in a non-pressure setting. In her leisure time, she prefers to get her hands dirty in the garden on her homestead with her spouse, 2 children, 2 dogs, and several chickens and ducks!
