ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — The Ithaca Police Department will sell abandoned vehicles.

On Oct. 30, auctions will be held at several locations in the city. Fords, Chevys, and other makes will be available.

The first auction begins at 10 a.m. at Ryan’s, located at 217 Elmira Rd. A 2000 Jeep Cherokee, 2013 Nissan Rogue, 2018 Yamaha Motorcycle, and other vehicles will be available.

The second auction starts at 10:30 a.m. at Finger Lakes Wrecker, located at 154 Cecil Malone Dr. A 2007 Hyundai Sonata, 2009 Toyota Venza, and other vehicles will be for sale.

The third auction begins at 11 a.m. at Charlie’s Towing, located at 215 Fifth St. A 2010 Chevy Cobalt, 2011 Honda Civic, and other cars will be available.

According to police, buyers must use cash, certified checks, or cashier’s checks.
