OWEGO, NY (CortacaToday) — Tioga County is investigating more animal attacks.

Health officials looked into 30 bites in June. That’s a 20 percent increase over May, and the highest number of any month this year.

The county recently hosted several rabies clinics. So far this year, over 800 animals have been vaccinated.
