ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — An Ithaca man is being charged after a fight.

Police say Alexander Mosher and another man got into a dispute Halloween night in an IPD parking lot on E. Clinton St. An investigation found Mosher was threatening the man while attacking him.

The 37-year-old is accused of trying to avoid arrest by spitting, kicking, and trying to bite officers. No one was injured, though Mosher was taken to Cayuga Medical Center for evaluation.

Mosher is charged with harassment, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. IPD says more charges are pending as their investigation continues.
