BINGHAMTON, NY (607NewsNow) – Multiple charges for a Town of Binghamton man.
On September 28, the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force executed a search warrant at the Jackson Road home of 34-year-old Timothy Boulton.
During the operation, police say they found 127 grams of methamphetamine, a switchblade, digital scales, packaging material consistent with narcotic sales, and cash. Boulton is facing 3 counts of felony drug possession, a single felony weapons charge, and two misdemeanor counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force is made up of members of the Broome County Sheriff’s Office, the Binghamton Police Department, Endicott Police Department, and Johnson City Police Department.
