CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) – A Cortland man has been accused of using someone else’s credit cards.

Cortland Police say 25-year-old Travis Thompson used the cards to make purchases at two locations in the city. The cards were in a wallet that was reported lost or stolen on February 5. Thompson was identified as a suspect through security video and arrested on Friday.

Thompson is charged with felony identity theft, felony criminal possession of stolen property, and misdemeanor petit larceny. Thompson is scheduled to appear in Cortland City Court on April 10.
