ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Ithaca now has new leadership at City Hall. 

Tom Condzella, president of Ithaca’s police union, tells us there are signs of a better relationship between the city and IPD. 

Overall, Condzella adds the Ithaca Police Department is in better shape.

Condzella also says there’s still more work to be done between both sides.
