CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — There’s been a slight delay in a road work project on Groton Avenue in Cortland. 

Mayor Scott Steve explained the situation Friday on Ithaca’s Morning News.

Mayor Steve says once the work begins, it’s expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
