ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – The New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) has issued a recall.

OCM officials say a variety of East End Flower Farm’s Harvest products could contain pesticides above the allowable limit. It includes Harvest Lemon Haze, Harvest Pure Michigan, and Harvest Secret #9.

An investigation showed the three packaged strains were quarantined after concerns about testing conducted by Lexachrom Analytical Laboratory, which is no longer permitted to test cannabis products. East End Flower Farm retested one of the affected products, which failed. The other two lots were not retested, so OCM issued the recall for all three.

The NYS Office of Cannabis Management has recalled three East End Flower Farms Harvest products.

According to OCM, the products could still be on store shelves. Dispensaries and distributors are advised to cease sales and distribution immediately.

To date, OCM has not received any reports of adverse health effects associated with use. Recalled products can be returned to the licensed dispensary where they were purchased, regardless of whether it’s been opened.
