CINCINNATUS, NY (607NewsNow) — Congressman Josh Riley wants first responders to have reliable gear.

Riley recently visited the Cincinnatus Fire Department. He said he’ll “always fight” to get resources to local authorities.

“Our first responders risk everything to keep our communities safe, and they deserve the equipment and facilities to stay safe and do their jobs right,” Riley said.

On Oct. 2, Cincinnatus firefighters will host a chicken and biscuit dinner. Proceeds will support the fire department.
