ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — An Ithaca man is accused of menacing. 

Police say Elijah Pratt was threatening two people last evening with a knife in the 500 block of West State Street. The 46-year-old allegedly ran away when approached by officers and threw a knife but was arrested about a block away.

Pratt is charged with felony tampering with physical evidence and criminal possession of a weapon, which is a felony.
