NEWFIELD, NY (607NewsNow) — New York State Police are looking for new information in a cold case.

Troopers say three masked, armed men shot and killed Dejour Gandy in Newfield nearly seven years ago. Investigators believe the suspects intended to rob the house on Shaffer Rd. They’re now reviewing evidence and following leads to solve the case that’s been open since Dec. 2019.
