ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – An Ithaca man is facing multiple charges.

On September 15, Tompkins County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the West Hill Circle apartment complex just before 7 p.m. for a report of man who allegedly threatened someone.

According to the complainant, Edward Judy, 34, approached them in the parking lot when they returned home and threatened them with violence.

Judy was arrested and charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanor menacing and misdemeanor resisting arrest.

Judy was arraigned and taken to Tompkins County Jail on $5,000 cash bail. He is due to appear in Ithaca Town Court at 9 a.m. on September 17.
