ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — Charges have been against a 43-year-old Ithaca man.

Police say Christopher Hartman tried running someone over twice with a Moped, and later threatened to stab the same person. It happened shortly before 1 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12 on East Green St. Hartman was arrested on charges of misdemeanor menacing and harassment.

“Multiple vehicle and traffic misdemeanors and violations were also charged for the operation of the Moped,” police said.

Hartman was taken to the Tompkins County jail after his arraignment.
