SENECA FALLS, NY (607NewsNow) – A cat is safe after a rescue in Seneca Falls.

On June 21, the Seneca Falls Police Department received a call from two kids concerned about a stray that had become trapped.

According to the kids, the cat was stuck inside a maintenance building at their apartment complex.

Officers responded to the scene and were able to corral the animal safely. Seneca Falls Police say the kids’ family has adopted the cat.
