CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — An Endicott man has turned himself in to police.
The Cortland Police Department says Travis Bismark followed a woman last Tuesday, Sept. 29 to Tompkins St. Officers say the victim, from whom she was separated, had an order of protection in place against him.
Bismark is accused of injuring her with a knife, then sexually assaulting her. The 33-year-old was charged Wednesday with multiple offenses, including felony rape.
