CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) – The Cortland County Ice Cream Trail is back for its third year.

There are 14 sweet treat stops on the popular route, including ice cream shops, bakeries, and restaurants.

New this year, Trinity Valley Creamery & Market will bring “farm-fresh flavors to the lineup.” It’s scheduled to open in July.

“The Ice Cream Trail has become one of those traditions people look forward to every summer,” said Michelle Enright, Executive Director of Experience Cortland. “It’s a fun way to explore Cortland County, support local businesses, and create memories along the way. We’re excited to continue growing something that both locals and visitors have really embraced.”

Participants can pick up a trail map at any of the 14 locations and get a hole punched at each stop. Completed trail maps can be redeemed at the Cortland County Visitors Center for a limited-edition Little Treat Shoppe enamel pin, and each map will also be entered to win a $100 gift card to their favorite shop.
