CORTLANDVILLE, NY (CortacaToday) – A traffic stop leads to drug charges in Cortland County.

State Police pulled a vehicle over around 9 p.m. Sunday on I-81 in Cortlandville for not having its taillights on. Troopers say the two men inside, 25-year-old Kenneth Williams and 22-year-old Kyrell Robinson of Syracuse, provided conflicting information that prompted a search.

Police allegedly found 110 bricks of heroin weighing more than 8 ounces inside, as well as three ounces of cannabis and wax, and drug paraphernalia. The Salt City pair are charged with two counts of felony drug possession and misdemeanor criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
