OWEGO, NY (CortacaToday) – One man is recovering, and another is in custody after an alleged attack in Tioga County.

Police say 21-year-old Roman Miranda stabbed someone during a dispute around 11 p.m. on Thursday. It happened at the McDonald’s on Hickories Park Road in Owego. The victim, identified only as a 38-year-old, was transported to a local hospital and is in stable condition.

Miranda is charged with felony assault. He’s being held in Tioga County Jail on $20,000 cash bail.
