CINCINNATUS, NY (CortacaToday) – A Chenango County man is accused of rape in Cincinnatus.

According to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office, 18-year-old Craig Dubois, of Otselic, had inappropriate sexual contact with someone on July 13, 2024. The crime was reported on the same day at a residence in the Town of Cincinnatus, and authorities say the victim was known to Dubois.

Dubois was arrested on Sunday, August 4, 2024, and transferred to Cortland County Jail without bail.

He faces first-degree felony rape in Cincinnatus Town Court on August 21 at 7:15 p.m.
