ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — The Ithaca City School District is losing another leader.

The Ithaca Voice reports Chief Operations Officer Amanda Verba plans to resign in the next few weeks. The announcement comes after Lily Talcott, the deputy superintendent, left last month for a top role at TST BOCES.

Verba, who spent 11 years working for the district, reportedly notified the school board of her decision.

Superintendent Luvelle Brown plans to leave after his contract expires in 2028.
