ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — Weapons charges have been filed against an Ithaca man.
Police say a search warrant was used Tuesday at an apartment on Cherry Street after recent shootings in the city. Officers reported seizing an AR-15 style rifle, a ballistic vest, several high-capacity magazines, and several rounds of ammunition.
25-year-old Jerimiah Greenidge was charged with four counts of felony criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful purchase of body armor, which is a misdemeanor.
Greenidge remains in the Tompkins County Jail on 50 thousand dollars cash bail.
