CORTLAND, NY (CortacaToday) — The Cortland Police Department is adding a new staff member. 

Gracie Hubbard is joining as the part-time dog control officer. CPD says Hubbard has started her new role by focusing on outdated dog license renewals and responding to animal complaints.

She’ll primarily work weekdays from noon to four o’clock.
