ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — State Police have identified the Ithaca College student injured after allegedly getting struck by an off-duty Cornell Police officer. 

19-year-old Max Ross is now listed in stable condition at Robert Packer Hospital. Troopers say Ross was hit early Saturday morning on Slaterville Road by Blake Curtis, who was arrested and charged with vehicular assault and DWI.

Cornell says the 30-year-old Curtis is on administrative leave.
