ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Pro-Palestinian students at Ithaca College have staged a die-in protest.

The Ithacan reports a group of roughly 25 students laid down in the cold by the Dillingham Fountains on Saturday. Some had Palestinian signs, others wore a Middle Eastern headdress.

Organizers say the students were protesting a lack of response from Ithaca College about thousands of Palestinians killed since October. They’ve also sent IC a list of demands, which includes providing access to information about whether Ithaca College receives funding from Israeli-linked companies.

President La Jerne Terry Cornish has promised a meeting with protestors about their demands.
