CANDOR, NY (607NewsNow) – Water is safe to use in the Village of Candor.

On May 1, Tioga County Public Health officials confirmed to 607NewsNow that the boil advisory has been lifted after necessary repairs were made to the Village Water System.

The advisory was issued on April 29 after routine monitoring found “inadequate disinfection” of drinking water.
