ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — An incentive to attract new members to IPD has been renewed by the Ithaca Common Council.

Mayor Robert Cantelmo was a guest Thursday on Ithaca’s Morning News.

Despite some objections from Common Council members, the resolution passed eight to three. The Ithaca Police Department currently has 11 openings.
