ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Ithaca city crews are repairing a water main break.
The 300 block of Giles Street between Water and Columbia Streets is closed to all traffic until the repairs are completed. Officials estimate it’s going to take six to eight hours to wrap up. The work began this morning at eight o’clock.
Nearby residents may experience low or no water pressure. Once the repairs are finished, run the cold water tap in your bathtub until it’s clear.
