CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Smoking is in the crosshairs of Cortland’s Common Council. 

Mayor Scott Steve explained Friday on Ithaca’s Morning News.

A map has been created. 

A public hearing is scheduled for later this month. Last year, Cortland began enforcing a ban on smoking and vaping on Main Street.
