ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — An Ithaca man is accused of breaking into a business and stealing. 

Officers were called early Wednesday morning to a business in the 500 block of West State Street. Police say 30-year-old Richard Howells was found nearby.

Authorities say Howells took several items from the store and moved them outside before returning a second time. Howells was charged with burglary. He’ll return to Ithaca City Court at a later date.
