CORTLANDVILLE, N.Y. (WHCU) – A traffic stop has led to multiple charges for a Cortlandville man.

31-year-old Brandon Hallstead was pulled over for traffic infractions just after 11 on Halloween night. Authorities say they found meth, crack, digital scales, and packaging material. Hallstead was additionally driving with a revoked license. Hallstead is charged with felony drug possession and 4 misdemeanors. He’s being held in Cortland County Jail on $25,000 cash bail.

Hallstead is scheduled to appear in court on November 6 at 11:00 a.m.
