CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) – A Rochester man is facing charges in Cortland County.

State Troopers out of the Homer barracks initiated a traffic stop in the City of Cortland for vehicle infractions on October 21. Investigators learned that the driver, 51-year-old George Middleton, had a revoked license and the temporary license plate and insurance card he gave were fake. Middleton is charged with two counts of felony criminal possession of a forged instrument. He will appear in court at a later date.
