CORTLANDVILLE, N.Y. (WHCU) – A Delaware County man is facing a felony in Cortlandville.

Cortland County Sheriff’s deputies responded to Walmart on Wednesday for a report of a theft. Officers were able to track down the suspect, 29-year-old Travis Dise, of Masonville, based on a description of the vehicle he fled in. Dise is accused of stealing merchandise worth more than $1,000. He is charged with grand larceny. Dise is scheduled to appear in Cortlandville Town Court at 1:00 p.m. on October 30.
