OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) — Tioga County Public Health is recognizing a milestone. 

In October 2003, the county began its Tioga Smiles Mobile Dental Program. Over 20 years, they have seen over 17,000 and children countywide.

The current unit, which replaced the original vehicle in 2019, has two dental chairs and a waiting area.
