OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) – Three arrests have been made in a theft investigation in Tioga County.
Owego Police arrested three individuals they say were responsible for a crime that happened on Elm Street in June. 18-year-old Kaleb Clark is charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. Clark will appear in Owego Village Court at a later date. Two 12-year-olds have also been charged in the investigation. One received two counts of felony burglary, the other received one count. Their names are not being released due to their age. Both were issued tickets returnable to Tioga County Probation.
