CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — There’s a new assignment for a member of the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office.

Sergeant Christopher Twigg is now part of the criminal investigation division. Twigg, who’s been with the department since 2017, most recently was a supervisor of uniformed officers.
