DRYDEN, N.Y. (WHCU) — Billboards are changing in Dryden. 

Town Supervisor Jason Leifer says they recently made revisions to the town’s billboard law. 

It’s the result of location. 

Leifer adds a benefit of electric billboards is being able to publicize announcements and alerts.
