ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – A road in Cayuga Heights is closed for a couple of days.

Paving work is underway in the 100 block of Kelvin Place where water and sewer utility work was recently done. That section of Kelvin Place will remain closed from Wait Avenue to Dearborn Place, though local and emergency access will be maintained. The project is expected to wrap up at the end of the day tomorrow.
