DRYDEN, NY (607NewsNow) — A 50-year-old Binghamton man faces a court date after a crash in Dryden.
“Upon arrival the motorcycle operator was transported to Upstate Medical Center by Dryden Ambulance and is reported to be in stable condition. The operator of the car was Jason Lott, age 50, of Binghamton. The investigation revealed that the motorcyclist was traveling east bound on Freeville Road, while Lott was traveling west and attempting to turn into Poets Landing. Lott failed to yield the right of way,” Sheriff Derek Osborne said.
Lott was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. He’ll appear in Dryden Town Court on August 13.
