ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Police have located a wanted man in “the jungle.”

Ithaca Police say 30-year-old John Tolley was wanted by police in Newport News, Virginia for failing to register as a sex offender. Tolley was arrested on Saturday and charged with being a fugitive from justice.

He’ll be kept at the Tompkins County Jail until being extradited back to Virginia.
