LANSING, NY (607NewsNow) — A resolution to increase access to health services in the Lansing Central School District saw a narrow loss recently by the school board. 

Aziza Benson, president of Lansing’s Board of Education, explained the resolution Wednesday on Ithaca’s Morning News.

Benson says state law doesn’t allow school medical directors to fully practice. The vote, which was held at the June 9 meeting, was defeated 4-3.
