ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — New York is investing more than a half a billion dollars in critical infrastructure. 

A total of $516 million is going to over 200 projects statewide in 141 communities to replace and rehab local bridges and culverts.

The city of Ithaca will receive more than $5.5 million to replace the North Cayuga Street Bridge over Fall Creek, the Town Line Road bridge over Lick Brook, and the East State Street culvert.
