ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Thousands of NYSEG customers have been complaining about billing issues, and the New York State Public Service Commission is listening. 

Assemblymember Anna Kelle tells us that poses another problem with their proposed rate hikes. 

The PSC is currently investigating. Any rate hikes require approval from both the commission and Governor Hochul.
