CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Cortland is seeing more water main work. 

Mayor Scott Steve says water mains are being installed today between Orchard and Groton Avenue. This means a partial road closure – Central Avenue between Main Street and Church Street is closed to all traffic until tomorrow.

Meanwhile, there’s additional water service installation on the west side of Main Street near Tompkins Street.
