ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – A recall of Igloo coolers is expanding.

In February, the company announced it was pulling over a million 90-quart Flip-and-Tow rolling coolers from shelves due to a fingertip injury hazard.

Since then, they’ve received 78 new reports of injuries, and the recall now includes an additional 130,000 units. Among the injuries were 26 reports of fingertip amputations, bone fractures, or lacerations.

The coolers were sold online and at major national retailers including Target and Dick’s Sporting Goods from January 2019-January 2025. Click here for more information.
