OWEGO, NY (607NewsNow) – A traffic stop has led to criminal charges in Tioga County.
According to deputies, 41-year-old Daniel Jones had “suspected crack cocaine,” a digital scale, and packaging materials in his car when they pulled him over on April 24 in the Town of Owego.
Jones is charged with two counts of felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of misdemeanor criminal use of drug paraphernalia. He was arraigned and released to appear in Owego Town Court at a later date.
