ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – It’s nearly spring break at Cornell, which means Dragon Day is coming.

On March 28, architecture and engineering students will lead the traditional events and annual parade from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. There will be no vehicular access to roads on the parade route, and TCAT buses could be delayed or rerouted.

Pedestrian detours will be in place along the parade route due to ongoing construction at the McGraw clock tower on Ho Plaza.

Procession Path

  • The group will leave the assembly location near Rand Hall and enter the roadway near the intersection of University Avenue and Feeney Way
  • Turn right, traveling south on Feeney Way
  • Turn right (west) on Campus Road
  • Turn right (north) on South Central Walkway through Ho Plaza
  • Enter the Arts Quad between Uris and Olin Libraries
  • Continue through the Arts Quad to area south of Sibley Hall
